VacQua’s dry ice cleaning system has wide application in a variety of industries. It is remarkably effective, and safe for even sensitive equipment such as electrical transformers and medical supplies.

Dry ice cleaning works by using compressed air to direct a stream of dry ice pellets at very high speed toward a surface. As this happens, the dry ice immediately changes from a solid to a gas. This change causes a dramatic increase in volume, which works to detach dirt or residue from the item’s surface. The result is a clean, dry substrate, free of all contaminants, and not otherwise impacted in any way.

Water Blasting

VacQua operates several different styles of Water Blasters, with pressures ranging from 2,000 to 40,000 psi and flow ranging from 4 to 185 gpm.

• Low-pressure high-flow machines work very well in cleaning storm drains, industrial sewer lines and soft, heavy materials.
• Medium-pressure variable-flow machines are ideal for cleaning buildings, fans, ovens, stacks and tanks.
• High-pressure variable-flow machines clean heat exchangers, condensers and boiler tubes, and can remove hardened resins, scale, paint and coatings, concrete and burned-on residues.
